3.3.8.3 Frequency select latch. The frequency select latch shall be selected by using the
data in table X and applying the waveforms of figure 2. The data in table XI shall then be latched
into U7 by applying the waveforms in figure 5 and the results shown in table XI shall be observed
at U7 pins 2, 7, and 10.

3.3.8.4 Frequency select. After selecting U7 by applying the waveforms in figure 2 with
the data in table X, the waveforms shown in figure 5 shall be applied to latch the data shown in
table XII into U7. The frequencies shown in the table shall be observed at U6 pin 5.
